X2-Mechanical Engineer- - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - Temp to perm - -28 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.


Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• -28 per hour via Umbrella
• Covering three sites
• Contract type: Temp to perm-

• Planned and reactive maintenance-
• HVAC Systems -
• Emergency lighting tests
• Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors-

• Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2-
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
