Location: Harlow, Essex (London commutable)
Salary: -35,000 - -40,000 (depending on experience)

Join our client''s specialist team working in fire ventilation and mechanical/electrical projects, based from their Harlow office. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with around 2 years'' experience looking to grow their career in a niche and important sector.

About the role:

• Support cost planning, procurement, and contract management for fire ventilation and M&E projects
• Provide commercial advice to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget
• Work closely with a skilled team focused on safety-critical building services

About you:

• 2+ years'' Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with mechanical/electrical and fire ventilation exposure
• RICS membership or working towards it is a bonus but not essential
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organised approach
• Based in or willing to work from the Harlow office, with good London access
