Mechanical Building Services Shift Engineer Romford, East London/Essex Static Site Datacentre Environment 52,000 + Employment Package We are actively recruiting for a Mechanical Building Services Shift Engineer to work on a static basis, within a state of the art datacentre premises in Romford, East London/Essex. Are the Mechanical Building Services Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties across commercial and critical mechanical / hvac building services systems such as; pumps, AHUs, FCUs, CRAC units, CRAH units, pressurisation units, cooling towers, water treatment etc. Employment Package: Role: Mechanical / HVAC Shift Engineer Status: Full time, permanent role. Hours: Day and night - 12 hour shifts. Base salary: 50,000 - 52,000 1,500 annual bonus 3,000 site AP allowance Employer: Industry leading service provider.
