We have an exciting new opportunity on offer, here at Blueprint Recruitment, for a seasoned Architectural Technician to join a well-established architecture firm, in a permanent position. Within this position, you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week on-site, from our client''s Manchester office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on, and develop, a variety of architectural projects, with a focus on technical science buildings.-Competitive salary of 35,000- 60,000 (depending on experience).-Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities.Responsibilities:-Create concise technical architecture drawings and specifications for a variety of projects, throughout all project stages.-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consisting of engineers, contractors, clients, and designers to ensure that all designs follow the project specifications.-Conduct quality assurance, compliance, and design reviews to ensure that all work is alignment with current regulations and policies.-Assemble project schedules, visualisations, and documentation, allowing for efficient planning and construction to take place.-Locate potential design risks, concerns and challenges and suggest solutions and rectifications, whilst supporting value engineering.-Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure the project is aligned with the plans and specifications, whilst also coordinating with ..... full job details .....
