Conveyancing Solicitor. Elite Touch Group is recruiting for a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join the Residential Property team. Roles include locations in Dartford, Rochester and Bristol. Salary depends on experience. Permanent, full-time position.Responsibilities

Process a caseload of Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.Manage own workload and communicate capacity levels to the wider team.Handle remortgages, transfers and releases of equity, lease extensions and some development work.Ensure compliance with CQS standards at all times.Ideal Candidate Requirements

At least 2 years'' experience running your own caseload of residential property transactions.Value working in a fast-paced team.Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and organized.Be committed to delivering exceptional client care.Please apply as directed.
