Project Manager - HR / Reward Transformation Location: Bracknell (Hybrid)Duration: 6-Month ContractEngagement: Part-time (approx. 3 days/week) or full-time option consideredThe OpportunityWe are supporting a leading UK retail organisation on a high-visibility transformation programme focused on evolving how employee recognition and reward is delivered.This initiative aims to move beyond traditional tenure-based recognition towards a more dynamic, performance-led approach, underpinned by a new, integrated digital platform.The organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across this complex programme.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end project management of a strategic HR / reward transformation initiativeStakeholder management across HR, Reward, Finance, Technology, and Communications teamsManage third-party vendors and support solution implementation (e.g. recognition platforms)Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestonesOwn RAID logs, reporting packs, and governance processesDrive clear, consistent communication across all programme stakeholdersOversee financial tracking, budgeting, and resource planningSupport change and adoption to ensure successful rollout of new systems and processesKey DeliverablesFull project plan and governance frameworkDefined success metrics for platform adoption and impactDelivery of the first phase of the recognition platform (target ..... full job details .....
