Management AccountantAnnual Salary: £45,000Location: NorwichJob Type: Full-timeReed Finance Norwich are supporting a leading company in the Norwich are to recruit for a highly skilled Management Accountant to enhance their financial operations and contribute to their continued success.This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified Management Accountant, looking to take their next step into a growing organisation to continue their development and growth.Day-to-day of the role:Prepare and analyse monthly Management Accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Maintain strict revenue compliance, including auditing cut-off, recognition, and invoicing processes.Produce Regional PandL packs, Financial Board reports, and support monthly performance reviews.Monitor intercompany accounts, manage aged debt actions, and approve subcontractor purchase orders.Provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified or completing studies towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.Proven experience in management accounts preparation and a strong grasp of accounting principles.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Benefits:Competitive salary package.31 days holiday (increasing with service within 2 years), plus an ..... full job details .....
