Group Head of Manufacturing .The RoleThis is a strategic and operational leadership role with overall responsibility for the manufacturing function across three key business units – Paint to Order, Worksurfaces, and Life Kitchens – as well as Engineering and Facilities.The Group Head of Manufacturing will be a visible leader who develops high-performing teams, challenges the status quo, and drives operational excellence. Working closely with site-based managers, you will align operations to strategic priorities, build capability across units, and unlock efficiencies and value across the Group.About Danesmoor GroupDanesmoor Group is a market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of kitchens and bedrooms, with over 110 years of heritage. They offer the most comprehensive range of products and services in the UK KBB industry, all supplied from under one roof, and are committed to continuous innovation, exceptional service, and a highly customer-centric approach.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement manufacturing strategy across all sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement priorities.Develop site leadership teams and embed a high-performance, operational excellence culture.Drive consistency in KPIs, governance, and standards across manufacturing.Oversee budgets, resources, and planning to ensure profitability and service excellence.Champion Health and Safety compliance and governance across all operations.Act as a senior sponsor for major improvement initiatives and transformation projects.Build strong engagement strategies to motivate and retain top talent.Experience and SkillsProven multi-site manufacturing leadership experience.Strong track record of change and transformation delivery.Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Budget and cost management expertise.Lean / Six Sigma experience desirable.Background in the KBB industry advantageous.Package and BenefitsCompetitive salary (dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience)Car allowanceAnnual performance bonus25 days holiday per annumAdditional benefitsFor further information, please contact Jake Richardson – jake.richardson@jacksonhogg.com
