happy to start with a 12 months FTC (with possibility to go permanent)have valid working permit to work in the Netherlandsare happy to work 5 days in the officeIf that means this job isn’t a match for you please view our other vacancies for one that may be a better fit.What You''ll be Doing:1) SAP upgrade projectResponsible for configuration, process design, and workflow optimization under guidance of project specialist and CFO;Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system issues;Collaborate with IT, project specialist, and colleagues to ensure successful implementation.2) Account PayableHandle the receipt, verification, and processing of supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.3) Online Banking Payments InputEnter and schedule online banking payments in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure all payments are supported by proper documentation and approved per company policy.4) VAT Returns and ComplianceCollaborate with external accounting firms to prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time.Maintain organized records of all VAT-related transactions.Respond to queries from the accounting firm or tax authorities as needed.5) Audit SupportPrepare required documentation and schedules for external audits.Liaise with auditors to provide necessary explanations and information.6) Other tasks assigned by CFOThe Skills You''ll Need to Succeed:Fluent Mandarin and English in writing and speakingBachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Tax or equivalentRelevant experience in Finance Accounting in EuropeCapable of working independently and aligning with international teams.Good communication skills.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.Knowledge of international trade principles and practices would be an advantage.Please follow us on Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/people-first-team-chinaWe would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
