With a number of large-scale projects currently underway locally, this role will see you based in ideal locations around Greater Belfast and avail of a competitive company package. Your new role Based in the Greater Belfast areas, this role will see the successful candidate responsible for supervising the development of large-scale housing sites through to completion, ensuring that programme, quality and cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the site team and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for setting out drainage, kerb lines and foundations.
