They offer a diverse range of financial services, including commercial banking, leasing, securities, credit card, consumer finance and other services.Purpose of JobWorking on the SPD Portfolio Monitoring Model (SPMM) extension to Front Office project within the ITSD Business Applications Loans workstream of the Lending TeamLending Applications is a key contributor to the Lending Transformation Program; you will work closely with Business SMEs, Business Analysts, IT partners and vendorsResponsible for documenting the business functional requirements per department to extend the SPMM application as a Portfolio Management platformAssist the TDM in preparing project governance to complete Initiation and move toward ImplementationAccountabilities and ResponsibilitiesBusiness requirements gatheringOversee documentation of Day 1 business requirements for impacted IT areas in line with organisational guidelinesCollaborate with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are detailed enough to translate into functional requirements documentsGeneralWork with business users to understand the business and translate into functional requirementsCorporate Banking Dept – Non Japanese Corporate clientsInternational and Structured Finance – Project FinanceAttend periodic review meetings to monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies with mitigation plansProvide regular updates on progress and risks at project meetingsExtensive experience interacting with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomesKnowledge, Skills, Experience and BackgroundEducated to degree level or relevant experienceExperience in conducting workshops with senior stakeholdersAbility to work with Business Analysts and IT partners collaboratively, demonstrating the business impact of changesAble to manage multiple tasks with strong relationship-building and communication skillsSpecialist technical skillsExperience in transformation and change programmes in Lending, Credit or Portfolio ManagementGood knowledge of project management, process mapping and business requirements gatheringCandidates must show evidence of the above in their CV to be considered.Please note: if you haven\''t heard from us within 48 hours, this indicates the application was not successful on this occasion; we may keep your details on file for suitable future vacancies.Seniority level
