Gap Personnel are working with our client based in Hortonwood, Telford for an FLT driver who is experienced on the FLT Counterbalance. This role is temporary with a possibility of leading to a permanent position

Hours of work as an FLT Driver

Monday - Thursday - 6am - 2pm/2pm-10pm

Friday - 6am - 11am/11am - 4pm

Pay Rate

£13.55 per hour

Duties and responsibilities as an FLT driver:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse
• Supporting production and warehouse operations
• Picking, packing, and palletising products
• Carrying out general warehouse and shop floor duties
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Please note: approximately 20% of the role will involve FLT driving, with the remaining 80% working on the shop floor.

Requirements as an FLT Driver:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence required
• Previous FLT and warehouse experience essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work as part of a team and independently
• Flexible approach to work
