Oversee operational standards and governance across a UK–wide commercial and retail portfolioAudit and monitor performance of outsourced FM service partners against KPIsEnsure compliance and reporting through CAFM and other systemsManage void governance processes and proceduresProvide technical support and guidance to internal teamsSupport acquisitions, disposals, and development projects from an operational perspectiveResolve disputes in line with contract requirementsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to drive best practice and improvementsRequired Skills and Experience
Solid operational knowledge of Facilities Management (commercial or retail)Strong stakeholder and relationship management skillsExperience with CAFM and compliance systemsAnalytical mindset with good problem–solving skillsClear and adaptable communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesOrganised and methodical approach with attention to detailDesirable: FM qualification, NEBOSH, or knowledge of RICS service charge guidelinesSalary – GBP70,000 + travel expenses. 12 month contract. Immediate start
