The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate upwards of 2 years experience in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters in their current or recent positions.

They charge at the higher end of the market and keep caseload sizes relatively low compare to a lot of other firms in order to maintain a high quality and personalised service to all their clients. This also has the effect of ensuring a more pleasant working environment for their people.

They manage workflows properly to ensure that standards of service are not compromised and people within the team continue to enjoy a good work life balance and are able to work in an environment day to day where they do not feel constantly overworked.

Their is 1-1 assistant support within the teams is provided along with a dedicated post completion team in order to aid efficiency.
