This role would suit someone who takes pride in doing things properly, can manage a busy portfolio with confidence, and communicates clearly and professionally. You ll be joining a passionate, hardworking property management team, so a strong work ethic and proactive approach are essential. A good sense of humour won t hurt either. The role involves acting as the main point of contact for tenants, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and keeping tenancies running smoothly, all with a strong customer-service focus. You ll also be responsible for the administrative and compliance aspects of property management, ensuring excellent service for both landlords and tenants.
