Director of Research and Insights

A strategic and analytical researcher with a strong foundation in quantitative or mixed-methods research. You thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging data to uncover insights that drive commercial success. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies enables informed decision-making with measurable impact.Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute both quantitative and qualitative research projects, balancing hands-on analysis with vendor management.Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive tangible impact.Consolidate and analyse diverse data sources, including market research, first-party data, and social media insights, to support strategic planning.Develop and implement social media listening strategies to track trends, sentiment, and consumer feedback, shaping business direction.Present research findings clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders, ensuring insights are actionable and commercially aligned.Champion the integration of data and insights across the organisation, empowering teams with data-driven decision-making.You’ll Have

8+ years of experience in research, with strong quantitative expertise (open to industry background).Advanced knowledge of methodologies like MaxDiff, Conjoint, and Segmentation, with the ability to design, analyse, and translate findings into insights.Experience in both agency and client-side roles is highly desirable.Proficiency in data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau) for dashboard creation and reporting.Hands-on experience with social media listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker) to extract actionable insights.Proven ability to unify fragmented data into a cohesive insights framework.Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information.Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence in presenting and influencing at senior levels.Agile and adaptable, capable of navigating shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.Why Join
