You will be managing a vibrant community hub, designed as a safe and welcoming space where ex-offenders can access vital support. This hub provides:An onsite gymMusic studiosArts and crafts areasWeekly “Doughnut and Debate” clubs (where the week''s news is discussed over doughnuts)Cooked breakfasts, with clients encouraged to get involvedYoull oversee a dedicated team providing 1:1 support to help clients:Access housing and benefitsRegister with a GP and dentistFind training opportunitiesReceive light-touch employment supportDevelop essential life skills like budgeting, cooking, and wellness

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day operations and team performanceOverseeing safeguarding and referrals processesBuilding strong relationships with partnersSupporting and developing your team

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you\u2019ll need experience managing teams delivering similar services, ideally in criminal justice or working with vulnerable groups. You may have worked as a probation manager, supported housing manager, service manager, custody manager, or in a related role.
