Support the Home Manager and manage the day-to-day running of the home in their absence.Assist the Home Manager in overseeing all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements.Ensure residents receive high standards of professional support, promoting growth and independence.Be flexible, covering floors or working alongside nurses as needed.Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.Ability to engage with residents to understand and meet their needs.Good knowledge of CQC standards.Ability to build and maintain relationships with care professionals, families, visitors, and staff.Strong clinical skills.Experience involving residents and families in care planning.Benefits
