Grounds Maintenance Operative Aylesbury 28,500 per annum Full-time, permanent position Must hold a full UK driving licence Key Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality grounds maintenance across premium sites, maintaining exceptional presentation standards Grass cutting, edging, strimming, and turf care to a consistently high finish Hedge cutting, pruning, and shaping of shrubs, trees, and ornamental planting Seasonal horticultural works, including planting, mulching, leaf clearance, and winter maintenance Weed control and basic pest/disease monitoring (in line with best practice and regulations) Application of chemicals and treatments where required (PA1/PA6 desirable) Use and routine maintenance of professional grounds maintenance machinery and tools Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications Maintain a professional attitude on site, representing the company with high-end clients Follow health and safety procedures and report any issues or hazards promptly Experience and Requirements: Proven experience in grounds maintenance, ideally within high-end or prestigious environments Strong horticultural knowledge and attention to detail PA1 and PA6 certificates desirable Ability to work in a small team Full UK driving licence ..... full job details .....
