This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring employee records are maintained, and assisting with recruitment and payroll processes.This is a great opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their HR career.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support to the HR team across all HR functionsMaintaining accurate employee records and HR systemsAssisting with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communicationsSupporting payroll administration, ensuring accurate employee information is submitted to payrollPreparing HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperworkCoordinating new starter onboarding and inductionsSupporting absence tracking and HR reportingActing as a first point of contact for HR-related queriesSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an HR Administration role or similarIdeally experience supporting payroll processesIdeally experience assisting with recruitment activitiesStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and HR ..... full job details .....
