with the team being described being able to “ think outside the box” “commercial, attentive and highly responsive”.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Property and Commercial Litigator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have between 0-5 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in handling a range of property and commercial litigation matters. You will work closely with Partners Rudi Ramdarshan, Victoria Huxley, and Ben Frost, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the success of the firm.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of property and commercial litigation matters, including:Art Law DisputesCharity LitigationEmergency InjunctionsShareholder and Partnership DisputesInsolvencyEnergy and Utilities LitigationCopyright, Media and IPCharity LitigationReal property disputesLease ExtensionsLeasehold EnfranchisementConstruction and EngineeringResidential Property DisputesBanking and Finance disputesEducation LitigationConduct legal research and analysisDraft letters, correspondence, and other legal documentsAttend court hearings and conferencesWork collaboratively with the team to develop innovative legal solutionsBe able to demonstrate strong technical skills with an ability to present solutions effectivelyProvide case analysis and recommendations on strategyDemonstrate a personal commitment to professional developmentQualifications:Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with minimum 12-months experience.Experience in property and commercial litigation is essentialStrong advocacy and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong knowledge of civil procedure rulesAn interest in assisting with business developmentProviding effective support for partnersStrong academicsOpportunity to work on high-profile and complex casesSupportive and collaborative working environmentThe role is a full-time position.If you are a talented and ambitious litigator looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
