Warehouse Manager

My client is a well established business based on the Hatfield Business Park who is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team.

The role will involve working 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, managing a team of up to 9 people, overseeing Goods In, Goods Out, Stock etc.- They are just introducing a barcoding system.- Goods are sent across the world and accuracy is key.

The role will include:-

• Training the team
• Putting procedures in place to ensure no errors in picking, packing etc
• Managing the team
• Delegation of tasks
• Checking accuracy of picking and packing at all times
• Liaising with the customer service team regarding ordering stock and missing stock
• Use of company ERP system and occasionally use of Excel for reporting purposes

This is an office based role, based in Hatfield, Herts.- Excellent benefits package offered to the right person.- Company have a very low turnover in staff.
