We are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead and develop a UK finance team within a well known business.Key Responsibilities:Consolidate and prepare monthly management accounts for all UK entitiesPresent monthly finance pack to the Senior Leadership TeamLead corporation tax pack preparation and RandD tax credit calculationsOwn the annual insurance pack processEnsure robust internal controls and complianceLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodiesMentor and manage the finance team, driving development and performanceSupport cash flow, treasury, and strategic financial planningDeliver insights to aid growth and operational efficiencyContribute to broader business risk managementWhat We''re Looking For:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with degree-level educationMinimum 5 years'' experience in a financial leadership roleStrong technical knowledge across UK GAAP and IFRSExposure to multi-entity UK businesses, ideally with foreign currency and regulatory experienceA confident communicator and analytical thinker with proven leadership capability This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, ambitious business.
