The Senior Commercial Lawyer will be:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating range of commercial agreements including terms, NDAs, funding agreements, call off contracts, contracts for goods and servicesAdvising on public procurementCollaborating with internal teams to align legal strategy with business objectivesEnsuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and public-sector governanceProactively identifying and mitigating commercial and operational risksThe Successful Applicant

The Senior Commercial Lawyer should be:A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ PQE in commercial and procurement lawExperienced in negotiating and drafting large-scale contracts in a public or quasi-public sector contextSkilled at interpreting and advising on regulatory and governance requirementsAble to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholdersWhat\''s on Offer
