Commercial Finance Controller (9-Month Fixed Term Contract)Up to 75,000 per annum Weybridge About the role An established organisation is seeking a qualified Commercial Finance Controller to support commercial performance and informed decision making across the business. Working closely with senior operational and commercial leaders, you will provide forward-looking financial insight, maintain strong financial control, and help improve margins and profitability. This position is offered as a nine-month fixed term contract. Key responsibilities:Partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders to support performance improvement and decision making.Deliver forward-looking financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and margin improvement initiatives.Support pricing, cost management, and profitability analysis.Monitor performance against budget and forecast, clearly explaining drivers and variances.Take ownership of profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting, ensuring accuracy and control.Lead month-end processes and deliver timely, accurate management accounts.Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and company policies.Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting, tools, and processes.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
