This MSP is looking for a motivated Service Desk Network Engineer to maintain, and support secure, resilient, and high-performing network and IT infrastructure for a range mid-market clients. This hybrid role combines remote service desk responsibilities with on-site support, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a technically capable and customer-focused professional. As the Service Desk Network Engineer you will take full ownership of all second- and third-line support for network related incidents and service requests. Key responsibilities include: Client management: evaluating business impact and managing expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
