Manage behaviour and support pupils in staying on task. Work closely with school staff to maintain high standards. Build positive relationships with students and staff. Requirements For a Cover Supervisor: Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, etc.). Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
