Day-to-day of the role:Report to the Infrastructure Solutions Manager and collaborate within a skilled IT team focused on the design and delivery of Modern Workplace solutions.Engage in the design, implementation, and documentation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and security standards.Gather and document requirements, identifying suitable solutions to meet both present and future functional and non-functional requirements.Implement and test technical solutions, providing L3 support and driving technical leadership within the team.Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Windows 11 security technologies to deliver high-quality IT services.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years'' experience in 2nd / 3rd Iine roles, preferably within large enterprises.Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Intune (iOS/Windows), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager OSD, and securing Windows 11 operating systems.Proficient in the design and implementation of Autopilot and Entra ..... full job details .....
