Manpower Recruitment have teamed up with an established hotel on the outskirts of Henley on Thames.
We are recruiting for a Full Time Commis Chef on a 3-month FTC (Potential chance to extend)

You will be working 5/7 days per week on a rota basis up to a 48hr week, with shift times starting normally at 10am.

The role is paying £26000pa

*A driving licence would be needed, due to location.

Overall Objective:
To prepare, cook and serve meals that meet the standards set by the Head Chef.
A Commis Chef assists a section chef, also known as a Chef de Partie. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:

• Assisting in the food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
• Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
• Assisting other Chefs
• Helping with deliveries and restocking
• Assisting with stock rotation/Cleaning stations
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
