Job DescriptionCommercial Real Estate Credit Loan Asset ManagerLondon / Hybrid WorkingNegotiable Salary + PackageSuccessful candidate will need to demonstrate experience involving CRE and be familiar with related loan and security finance documentation. We are looking for someone with 3 + years relevant experience.Role will involve the preparation of credit reporting, quarterly loan reviews, management of watch-list reports on issues regarding asset management plans, strategy and construction financing. Daily reporting to stakeholders on key loan level data.Monitor, report and advise key stakeholders on CRE asset management and loan asset management strategies involving a portfolio of performing loans and a number of active construction finance loans.Collect and analyse Borrower reports (rent rolls, operating statements, covenants calculations etc.) and other third-party information necessary to compile periodic scheduled loan asset management and collateral reporting and make recommendations to the client based on findings.Creation of cashflow models based on forecasts.Undertake risk assessment of individual loans, underlying collateral, and Borrower to determine risk ratings for each loan.Maintain Watch List of loans considered to be higher risk and provide advice regarding possible remedies and exit strategies.Support Lender credit function with details concerning any concession/waiver requests from the Borrower including reasoned advice and recommendations.Analysis of potential amendments/waivers and future impact on loan performance vs underwriting.Liaise between Lender''s in-house asset management and credit functions and external third-party professionals including legal, valuers and property management companies.What we are looking for from you:Experience and a proven track record of working in a related credit environment involving CRE.Previous experience reviewing LMA style Finance Documents required.Analytical and technical skills and the ability to understand complex loan documents and professional third-party reporting.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong MS Excel skills, and numerically inclined.
