The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team delivering high-quality patient care across surgical and medical inpatient services. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients within the inpatient ward. Monitor patients'' clinical condition and escalate concerns appropriately. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC standards. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Work collaboratively with consultants, healthcare assistants and allied health professionals. Support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
