Full Time: 4 on 4 off, 7am- 7pm, 7pm- 7am (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

What You''ll Do:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery on the production line in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintaining comprehensive records and logs to ensure smooth operations and effective shift handovers.
• Conducting regular quality checks to guarantee we are producing first-class products that meet our high standards.
• Identifying and resolving basic faults in processes or machines within your area.
• Reporting and escalating any concerns or issues to ensure continuous improvement.

What We''re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in a factory or warehouse environment, preferably as a machine operator or in a similar capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues.
• Competence in accurately recording data and using a computer for documentation.
• A positive, can-do attitude that contributes to a vibrant workplace culture.
