Our client, based in in Guildford, Surrey is seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to join its specialist tax team.This role offers exposure to a diverse client portfolio, including large corporate groups, international businesses, owner-managed companies and complex, high-risk clients.Key Responsibilities• Provide corporate tax advisory support across a varied client base, including complex and high-risk matters.• Review technical areas such as RandD claims, Corporate Interest Restriction (CIR), capital allowances, group structures and one-off transactions.• Conduct tax research and provide practical recommendations on complex tax issues.• Manage client relationships and oversee workflow delivery.• Review corporate tax compliance work prepared by junior team members and provide coaching where required.Candidate Profile• CTA and/or ACA qualified, or a finalist with relevant experience.• Approximately 4+ years'' experience in corporate tax within an accountancy practice environment.• Experience identifying tax risks and advising on complex client matters.• Proven exposure to larger corporate and higher-risk clients.• Experience using IRIS would be advantageous.Benefits• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.• Option to buy or sell additional holiday.• Cycle to Work scheme.• Regular social and team events.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.Please Note: Due to the number of ..... full job details .....
