House Leader/ Team LeaderYoung People, Group Living, Care Leavers 33,930. 14.50 per hour (From 1st April) Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Leeds, Chapeltown, LS7 Lone Working5-bed group living service based in Leeds, LS7, supporting young people in a stable, low-risk environment with no challenging behaviour. This service supports young people aged 16-25 (typically up to 18 unless additional needs are identified), many of whom are care leavers transitioning from residential care, other group living settings, or family breakdown. The focus is on supporting young people to manage their emotional needs, engage in education (with many attending college), and develop the skills required for independent living.
