Multi-Skilled Joiner required for a Facilities Management company to carry out planned and preventative maintenance on a large site in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Joiner to join the team. This is a long-term secure contract position with the view to going permanent, with opportunities for progression available.

This role will be working 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• General joinery repairs and maintenance (doors, frames, kitchens, fixtures, etc.)
• Basic multi-trade tasks (patch plastering, minor plumbing, etc.)
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults across building fabric
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with customers on site

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a maintenance environment
• Multi-skilled background
• Ability to carry out basic works across other trades (desirable)

• Competitive hourly rate of -21 - -22 per hour
• Long-term work with potential to go permanent
• Opportunities for progression
