Key ResponsibilitiesPerform planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, plant, and facilities.Diagnose and repair faults using root cause analysis to minimise downtime.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.Work safely by applying sound engineering principles and safe systems of work (e.g., isolations, Permit to Work, Risk Assessment).Provide technical expertise and mentoring to operators, apprentices, and junior engineers.
