Senior Procurement Lead (ERP)

OverviewOxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty. The Role: The ERP Senior Procurement Lead is the escalation point for dealings with the suppliers and implementation partners on the ERP Programme. A member of the core programme team - providing insight on all matters supplier and procurement activities, including production of the commercial and supplier aspects of the overall ERP Roadmap. The role also supports interests of Oxfam Intermon and wider confederation interests as needed, for each organisation to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
Lead complex commercial activities across the commercial lifecycle and provide escalation support for ERP procurement and supplier engagement.
Produce and oversee the commercial and supplier aspects of the ERP Roadmap; act as the primary procurement lead with suppliers and implementation partners.
Support the interests of Oxfam Intermon and wider confederation to enable informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong experience in leading complex commercial activities with demonstrable experience across the commercial lifecycle.
Proven ability to apply commercial principles to deliver value for money and to place analysis and data at the heart of commercial decision making.
Ability to build confidence and capability in others; applies coaching skills and supports development of team members.
Experience developing strategies for high-value/high-risk procurements and leading end-to-end delivery.
Experience negotiating major contracts and senior stakeholder management.
Strong experience of supplier risk assessment and management.
Results-driven with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload and delegate effectively within the team.
Understanding of IS technology implications, including SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
