Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Enfield, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: -25k - -39k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a qualified and hardworking Legionella Risk Assessor in the South East of England. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of working within the industry, and would have local access to the M25 for more convenient travel across client sites. You will be joining a multi-disciplined Environmental Compliance outfit, who can offer excellent cross-training opportunities. Salaries and benefits are competitive and include overtime and pension scheme.

You will be travelling across: Enfield, Ilford, Romford, Bishop''s Stortford, Chelmsford, Billericay, Basildon, Dartford, Gravesend, Grays, Tilbury, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon, Sutton, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Woking, Guildford, Bracknell, Slough, Reading, Maidenhead, Southall, Hounslow, Watford, Harrow, Wembley, Luton, St Albans, Potters Bar, Cheshunt.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments
- Will hold the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
- Fully conversant in HSG 274, HTM 0401 and ACOP L8 guidelines
- Strong analytical skills
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Hardworking attitude

The Role:
- Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold systems
- Water sampling and temperature monitoring
- Creating detailed schematics and reports
- Advising clients on highlighted risks, and remedial recommendations
- Reviewing and interpreting sample results
- Assisting with costings for remedial duties
- Meeting with clients to discuss technical matters
- Adhering to strict deadlines
