About our NurseryJoin our dedicated team at Busy Bees in Droitwich, an Ofsted-rated Good facility with a capacity for 86 children. Our long-standing staff is committed to providing quality care, and our newly refurbished center features a large outdoor play space, with a Forest School program coming soon. Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.Experience working with children under 5.Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.Strong communication and organisational skills.You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as anEarly Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
