You''ll be part of a team of 20 engineers at Heathrow Airport who have a wide range of skills and responsibilities; however, your primary role will be as a Customer Engineer responding to reported incidents such as voice telephone faults on Cisco phones.

You''ll be on-site daily at Heathrow (08.00 - 16.00) but sometimes required to carry out tasks at London City and Gatwick airports, along with several data centres across London. If an environment where each day poses a different challenge is what gets you up in the morning then this is the role for you.
