Job Title: Service Manager Supported Living Services Location: Dudley Salary: £45k per annum Job Overview: Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to oversee four supported living services in the West Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of the services, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to individuals with mental health needs. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring services are compliant with regulatory requirements, and drive positive outcomes for those we support. Key Responsibilities: Service Leadership and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of four supported living services, ensuring consistent, high-quality care in line with regulatory standards.Ensure all services comply with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and best practice guidelines.Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance care quality and achieve positive outcomes for service users.
