This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody local to Saddleworth, with strong accountancy experience and needing a role to work around or complement other commitments.Key duties will include: Maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, aged debtors, credit control Processing journals, balance sheet and wages reconciliations Processing payroll (circa. 25 staff) pension and HMRC/Pensions Regulator reporting Updating policies and procedures, streamlining accounts processes to maximise efficiency and reduce errorsIn order to be considered for this one, you need to have significant experience in a similar role. You will be well versed with SAGE and IRIS and will ideally be AAT qualified. This is a stand alone role, which utilises an external accountancy firm for month/year end and audit, so you need to be confident in your capabilities and able to manage and maintain your own workload. You will be a strong communicator, with great focus and attention to detail.
