What You ll Be Doing as a Shift Manager Leading, coaching and developing a multi-skilled production team Driving safety-first behaviours across your shift Managing production performance, KPIs and output targets Monitoring machinery, processes and materials to ensure smooth operations Working closely with Engineering to reduce downtime and improve reliability Ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and GMP Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site As Shift Manager, you ll have full accountability for shift performance and play a key role in site-wide operational success.
