PA to Headteacher Secondary School, Southwark £20 per hour Full-time Term time plus 2 weeks Long-term or permanent opportunity An ambitious and creative secondary school in Southwark is looking for a committed and capable Personal Assistant to the Headteacher. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a school with a strong sense of community and to provide key support to the Headteacher and senior leadership team. Duties of the Role: Act as the first point of contact for the Headteacher, managing calls, correspondence and visitors with professionalism Maintain and coordinate the Headteacher s diary, scheduling and prioritising effectively Prepare meeting papers, draft communications, and provide accurate minutes for senior leadership and governor meetings Liaise with local authority representatives, governors and external organisations as required Support with school-wide projects, reports and policy updates The Ideal Candidate: To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 year s experience working in a UK school, ideally in a PA or administrative role Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Strong IT proficiency and attention to detail in all written work The ability to work independently and maintain absolute confidentiality A positive and proactive approach to supporting leadership in a busy school environment Why Apply?
