Junior Sous Chef - Hotel

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef for a luxury hotel in Horley. Reporting to the Head Chef you will have responsibility for ensuring the highest levels of food presentation as well as deputising for the Head Chef in their absence.
