As a Graduate Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in our growth, working closely with startups, scaleups, and enterprises to showcase the value of Employmi’s services.The RoleWe’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and energetic graduate who’s eager to kick-start their career in sales. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and converting them into paying customers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills, work in a high-energy startup environment, and earn an uncapped commission.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachConduct product demos and explain the benefits of Employmi’s platform to potential customersUnderstand client hiring needs and offer tailored solutionsManage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing dealsMaintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM records accuratelyWork closely with marketing to align outreach strategies and campaignProvide feedback to the product team to improve the platform based on client insightsAbout YouRecent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Passionate about sales, startups, and technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsResilient and able to handle objections with confidenceSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPrevious sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essentialWhat We OfferRemote WorkingRapid career progression opportunities in a growing startupOngoing training and mentorship in SaaS salesA fun, collaborative, and supportive team culture
