We have a new opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join a software company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about business systems and analysis. You ll work closely with Senior Business Consultants to gather and analyse requirements, identify gaps, and support process improvements across the business. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge or experience in Business Analysis, and this position is a great fit for someone with 1-2 years of experience. A degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be able to travel freely to the USA and Europe as part of the role, without requiring employer-sponsored visas.
