Support Chef - Contract Catering | Central London | Up to £42,500A leading contract caterer is seeking a Support Chef to join their dynamic London-based team. This is a hands-on, mobile role covering multiple sites across Central London, supporting kitchen teams with high-quality food preparation, menu development, and day-to-day operations.Ideal for a creative and adaptable chef, this position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of corporate and hospitality sites. The role requires strong culinary skills, confidence in solo site cover, and a personable approach to team interaction and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chef cover across multiple London sites, supporting both planned and ad-hoc needs

Deliver high-quality food with creativity and consistency, in line with the company''s standards

Write and adapt menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and client preferences

Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices, with a strong working knowledge of

HACCP

Build strong relationships with on-site teams and clients, acting as a reliable and personable representative of the business

Support in training, on boarding and mentoring junior kitchen team members when required

What We''re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume or multi-site catering environment

Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations

Ability to write menus and deliver food with flair and attention to detail

Positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly flexible and organised, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments

A genuine passion for food, service and high standards

Package and Benefits:

Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum

(dependent on experience)

Monday to Friday schedule (occasional evenings or weekends may be required)
