The role involves rotational shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. However, we are happy to discuss flexible working, promoting work/life balance. Role Responsibility You will be supporting clients in the community across Manchester, encouraging them to engage in drop - in activities in community centres, attend medical appointments, and encourage/ support people to engage in social inclusion activities. You will work with clients in their own homes, ensuring they are supported in taking medication, assisting them in activities of daily living, and provide emotional support if necessary, reporting any concerns to the ..... full job details .....
