You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, ensuring clients receive clear, practical advice at every stage of the process.The role will involve attending police stations to advise and assist detained clients, conducting advocacy in the Magistrates'' Court, preparing cases for trial and liaising with clients, counsel, court staff and other relevant parties.
